We are committed to providing high-quality martial arts instruction while helping students develop confidence, discipline, respect, and strong character.

We understand how busy family schedules can be, so having karate conveniently located on your child's school campus makes participation easy and stress-free for parents.

Payment Information

Credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee. To avoid this fee, we encourage families to choose the EFT (bank draft) payment option, which has no additional processing charges.

Class Overview

Classes are held every Tuesday and are 45 minutes long.
Students will meet the instructor in the cafeteria and walk together to class.
If your child is not picked up immediately after class, they will be escorted to the school's after-school care program. Additional after-school care fees may apply.
All instructors are professionally trained, experienced in teaching children, and maintain a positive, encouraging, and structured learning environment.
In addition to learning karate techniques, students develop important life skills including respect, honor, self-discipline, self-control, confidence, and perseverance.
Students participate in age-appropriate, non-contact activities, skill-building games, focus drills, and fundamental karate instruction.
Karate uniforms are recommended and may be purchased through our online store at www.ChrisWelbonKarate.com.

Our instructors will also be available during the school's orientation to answer questions and assist with registration.

Company Policies

A $50 registration fee per student will be charged at the time of enrollment.

Your first monthly tuition payment, including any applicable sibling or staff discounts, will be processed on or before your child's first class.

Refunds are available only if requested by email within seven (7) days of enrollment.

Monthly tuition is billed on the 1st of each month. There are no long-term contracts. To cancel your enrollment, please provide written notice by email at least 30 days before your next billing date.

Students who enroll after the beginning of the month will receive a tuition credit for any classes missed prior to enrollment.
Tuition is not prorated for student absences or scheduled school holidays.
Accounts more than 30 days past due are subject to a $5 late fee.
Due to limited enrollment, Chris Welbon Karate Clubs reserves the right to shorten class time or cancel any class with fewer than 10 active students.
Testing and tournament participation is optional. Participation requires an official karate uniform, applicable event fees, and a current account balance.
Chris Welbon Karate Clubs, its owners, employees, instructors, and representatives are not responsible for injuries or losses resulting from participation in karate activities. Students participate at their own risk.
Parents must provide written notice by email before the next monthly billing cycle to withdraw a student. Failure to do so will result in the next month's tuition being charged. Email: [email protected].
