Thank you for your interest in the CWKC on-site After-School Karate Program. We have been part of the VMS family for over 20 years and pride ourselves on quality instruction with high standards in student development at all age levels. In a society where our schedules are so busy, and family time is hard to come by, parents appreciate the convenience of having a positive activity located on the school grounds. CWKC offers a no-hassle way to make this possible.
-Class Overview-
• 45 minute class is taught every Tuesday
• If you are not present to pick your child up after karate class, they will be taken back to after-school care.
• All instructors are well trained and have experience teaching children. They are helpful, friendly, and strict when necessary.
• Besides the physical aspects of karate, students learn valuable life skills such as: Respect, Honor, Self-Discipline, Self-Control, and Confidence
• Students participate in non-contact activities, skill building games, focus drills, & basic karate techniques.
• Uniforms are recommended and may be ordered at our online store @ www.ChrisWelbonKarate.com
Karate students will meet the cafeteria and walk with the instructor to the foyer for class.
Any child who is not picked up by the end of class will be taken to after-school care.
Class begins on September 7th! Instructor will also be present at the school orientation on Aug 6th.
COMPANY POLICIES
You will be charged the $30 sign-up fee per child when registering.
The balance of monthly tuition, including staff and family discounts, will be billed on or before the first lesson.
Refunds are only issued with email notification within 7 days of enrollment.
Accounts will be billed on the 1st day of each month. No contracts. To cancel, please give at least 30 days notice.
1. Students who enroll in the middle of the month will be credited the following month for the classes not attended.
2. Tuition is not pro-rated for student absences or school holidays.
3. Tuition more than 30 days late will be subject to a $5 late fee.
4. Due to limited availability, we reserve the right to reduce class time or cancel any class that falls below the minimum requirement of 10 active students.

7. Testings and tournaments are optional but will require extra fees, a karate uniform and a current account balance for participation.
8. Chris Welbon (or any agent, employee or representative thereof) is not responsible for losses or injuries sustained by the practice of karate.
